⚙️ Google Sheets Setup

To save scores to Google Sheets, you'll need to deploy a Google Apps Script:

  1. Create a new Google Sheet
  2. Go to Extensions → Apps Script
  3. Paste the script provided below and deploy as web app
  4. Copy the deployment URL and paste it here:

1. Coverage & Correctness

Max: 35 pts

Did they address the critical points required by the scenario accurately? Deduct for missed must-haves, misunderstandings, or impossible claims.

Scoring Anchors
31–35: Covers all critical points precisely; no material errors.
24–30: Covers most; minor gaps or 1 small error.
16–23: Noticeable gaps; several shallow or off-target parts.
0–15: Major omissions or wrong approach.

2. Prioritization & Realism

Max: 25 pts

Does the plan sequence the right things first, fit time/constraints, and avoid gold-plating?

Scoring Anchors
22–25: Excellent prioritization and realism
17–21: Good overall approach
10–16: Some impracticality evident
0–9: Poor prioritization or unrealistic

3. Clarity & Communication

Max: 10 pts

Is it easy to follow, structured, and decision-oriented (not fluff)?

Scoring Anchors
9–10: Crisp & well-structured
6–8: Readable and organized
3–5: Rambling or unclear in parts
0–2: Unclear or confusing

4. Technical Depth

Max: 30 pts

Sound technical choices, specific methods and techniques mentioned and explained, risks/mitigations, and correct terminology for the scenario.

Scoring Anchors
22–30: Deep & defensible technical choices
17–21: Solid technical understanding
10–16: Superficial technical approach
0–9: Weak or incorrect technical details

5. AI Use Transparency (Bonus)

Max: 5 pts

Note: This is optional. Do not penalize if not present. If mentioned, score based on how well they explained their AI usage.

Scoring Anchors
5: Complete transparency and explanation
3–4: Partial explanation of AI use
1–2: Minimal mention of AI use
0: None mentioned (no penalty)
